 1st Class 1-3 days UK delivery £3.95
 Next Working Day delivery service for the mainland UK is available at a cost of £7.50. (order Cut-off time 3:30PM Monday-Friday)
 Guaranteed Saturday service for the UK is available at a cost of £12.95.

 We ship worldwide and all international carriage charges are clearly displayed at the checkout before entering your payment details.

 All orders received before 3:30pm Monday to Friday (Working Day) are shipped on the same day.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Ties Online Provide A No Quibble 30 Day Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with an item you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a no-quibble refund for the item value or exchange the item for another of your liking to the same value within 30 days of the purchase date. The cost of returning the product is paid by the buyer except for an incorrect or faulty product has been received.

 This does not affect your statutory rights. 

RETURNS PROCESS

If you have placed an order and we have not shipped your goods we will issue an immediate refund. If you are in possession of the goods you must return them in their original condition to our warehouse address below at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged / defective). Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as we have received the returned items.

Please send the products to our address below stating your Order number and Name inside the package or make a copy of your order and put that inside. We will process the refund on receipt of the goods.
